The Coleman Family

My name is Martin Coleman and I have been the senior leader of The Bridge Church since its re-launch in September 2007.

I grew up in a strong Christian home and environment and after a few teenage years of rebellion committed my life wholeheartedly to Jesus Christ at the age of 18.

After training as a Secondary PE teacher and working full-time in this career for 7 years I felt an increasing call and passion to give myself to Gods word and so went off to Moorlands Bible College to study applied theology for 2 years.

It was during my final year placement with the National Director of Church Planting for AOG that I became involved with the church in Chepstow and felt the call of God into my current leadership role.

I’ve been married to my beautiful wife Sarah since 1997 and we have three gorgeous children, Jack, Hannah and Findlay.

The Bridge Church is a place full of people who are learning to love God and one another more and more, and who are learning to live life to the full in the way that God intended. We have a common and growing desire to live for something greater than just ourselves!
