| Main challenges and Opportunities: | As a teacher; I don't get to do much subject teaching because of the nature of pupil behaviour and ability, my role involves a lot of coaching and cajoling and relationship building. Also the very real challenge of pupil behaviour, which can include swearing, throwing chairs, and lots of aggression. As a mum; Balance of work and family life, ensuring quality time with husband and children. Being able to switch off from work when at home can also be a challenge. | |
